This Offer Is Temporarily Closed 

Unfortunately, I've had to close this offer down for setting up sites for each person.  It is too time consuming setting up each site for each affiliate who wants to promote this offer, and for some reason I was not getting the support tickets that were being submitted to get their page set up.

As soon as I get a better system to do this, and figure out why I was not getting the support tickets, I will reopen this offer.
